What this program is
When you call a nail salon that uses VietFrontDesk, our AI receptionist answers the phone and can book your appointment. If you ask for it, we will send you text messages about that appointment — a confirmation, a reminder before your visit, and a notice if anything changes.
That is all this program does. We do not send promotions, coupons, newsletters, or any marketing texts through this program.
How consent is collected
Consent is collected by voice, during your call, and only if you say yes. Near the end of booking, our AI receptionist asks:
“Would you like me to text a confirmation of your appointment to this number? Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.”
If you say yes, we record the date, time, and phone number of your consent together with the call, and we send messages only to that number. If you say no, or say nothing, you will not receive any texts.
We do not collect phone numbers for this program from any website form, purchased list, or third party. Consent given for one salon is used only for that salon's appointments.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your appointments. You will typically receive one to three messages per appointment: a confirmation when you book, a reminder before your visit, and a notice only if your appointment changes or is cancelled.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. VietFrontDesk does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply according to your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointment.
You may also opt out by emailing support@vietfrontdesk.com with the phone number you want removed.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any message, or email support@vietfrontdesk.com. Support is available by email; we respond as quickly as we can during business hours.
Sample messages
- “VietFrontDesk for [Salon Name]: Your appointment for [service] is confirmed for [day, date] at [time]. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg&data rates may apply.”
- “VietFrontDesk for [Salon Name]: Reminder — your [service] appointment is tomorrow at [time]. Reply STOP to opt out.”
- “VietFrontDesk for [Salon Name]: Your appointment on [date] has been changed to [time]. Questions? Call the salon. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network.
Your privacy
Your phone number and your consent are used only for this program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
